Obituary of Shona Comisky

COMISKY, Shona Beth - It is with broken hearts that we announce that Shona passed away peacefully sitting beside her Dad on Father's Day (June 19, 2016) in her 44th year. She leaves behind her beloved husband James Fleming. Loving daughter of Steve and Judy Comisky. Caring sister of Krista Riddersma (Dan), Corin, and brother Stevie Comisky (Janice). Dear aunt of Laura and Spencer Riddersma. Niece of Janet and Herb Denton. Granddaughter of Kay Kenny. She was an honourary aunt of Ethan and Maggie Crawford and Zac and Zoe Small. Thank you to Sarah and Mike Crawford, Sabrina and Ian Small, Robyn Gijbels and Mary Ann Van Den Vossenberg for all your love and support. The family also extends their heartfelt gratitude to the VON and PSWs for your compassion and wonderful care. Thank you to Father Bob Bulbrook for your prayers and guidance during this difficult time. Shona loved life! She had a wonderful gift of making everyone around her feel special. We will miss her contagious laugh, terrific sense of humour and fearless spirit. She was a dedicated employee of Hewlett Packard for 21 years. She was happiest up at the cottage in Muskoka, but she also loved to travel and see the world. "Our world will never be the same without you!" At Shona's request cremation has taken place. Arrangements were entrusted to the BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue. A private Memorial Service will take place at Blessed Sacrament church in Burford.
