We were saddened to read of Dougs passing as he was a favourite of the Hagan family. We have so many wonderful memories of Doug and Ruth as well as Ada and Ernie. Doug and Darryl were both born when their parents lived at the Hagan farm on Hagan Rd. Ruth was our favourite teacher at Beaton public school as well as Doug and Ruth were our babysitters when parents were dancing. We regret missing the funeral, we did not know of his passing until the funeral was over. We regret missing the chance to see family members and getting caught up on family news. Leah, Colin, we send you and all the family our condolences and please know we think of you often.

Sorry to have read about the passing of Doug.,I have fond memories of the farm next door, it was like my second home. I still have a basket in a room that was given to me when I was a child and every time we get to pass by the farm I always say ,theres the Hagen farm, now my child home has become a golf course.
