Obituary of M. Ruth Wilbee

WILBEE, Mildred "Ruth" (nee Yeates) - Surrounded by her loving family, Ruth passed away after a brief illness, at the Brantford General Hospital, on Monday, April 18th, 2016, in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Lorne Wilbee (1996). Much loved mother of Bob (Cathy) Wilbee and Lynn (Gerry) James. Loving gramma of Ryan (Heather), Stephanie, Michelle (Adam), Kaitlyn and great-gramma of Ryder, Sydney, Vada, Kenzie and Avery. Dear sister of Marg and Marilyn. She will also be dearly missed by many other family members and friends. A long time member of Sydenham United Church, she will be missed by her church family. At Ruth's request cremation has already taken place. Friends will be received at the BECKETT - GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue, on Thursday, April 21st, from 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 11:00 a.m. Donations to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated. A tree will be planted memory of Ruth at the Beckett - Glaves Memorial Forest.
