Our sincere prayers to the Cheevers family. David was a good friend. I went to separate school with him, he came to My Mom's to give her communion through St. Basil's Church for years, my husband drove David to Toronto for his lung follow up appointment, and a faithful greeter at the back of the Church. I will miss my hugs and kisses from him on Saturday nights at Church. We were so in awe of him on how he handled his health issues; made him even stronger in his faith. We will truly miss his presence but we do believe he is now in the hands of God.
