Our deepest condolences to the Raby family, we are so sorry to hear of Phyllis's passing...She was a wonderful women and a great friend to my Mom & Sister...We were fortunate to have Phyllis attend our wedding back in 2011, I will cherish the fond memories I have of Phyllis, she will be missed.

I have known Phylllis and her late husband Tom for over 60 years and enjoyed their friendship and company many many times over those years?. She will be sadly missed by family and friends.

I worked with Phyllis for 8 years at Waterous. She was my manager and friend. She was also a great mentor to me. She happened to be volunteering at the hospital the day my father passed away on April 17, 2013 and was a great comfort to me. What a coincidence. I will always remember her on that date also now. I will miss her upbeat personality and strength as I am sure you will too. I am truly sorry to hear of her passing.
