Obituary of Mark Clark

CLARK, Mark - After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Mark passed away peacefully at the Stedman Community Hospice on Saturday, July 23rd, 2011 in his 61st year. Loving husband, best friend and soul mate of Vel. Much loved and devoted father of Heather (John) and Allison (Ben). Adoring Poppy of Nathan, Evan and baby to be Woodhouse. Mark is survived by his mother Colleen Clark and his sister Debbie. Predeceased by his father Kenneth Clark. Life long friend of Bob and Janet Farrell. Mark will also be remembered by many other family members, friends and co-workers. A special thank you to the staff, volunteers and students at the Stedman Community Hospice. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue on Wednesday, July 27th from 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Stedman Community Hospice would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Mark in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
