Condolences
My thoughts are with you Joyce and your family at this difficult time. Jack was a fine man. My connection to him was through his daughter Dee- my wife. In my mind, one of Jack's greatest achievements was his love of family. It was demonstrated with the daily calls to Dee. He was her biggest fan- always interested, and supportive. I know he'll forever be on her shoulder whispering "That's great honey, keep it up, I'm so proud of you" For me, he'll always be alive in the light that shines in his daughter's blue eyes- his blue eyes!
So very sorry to have read of Jacks passing. He was a true gentleman, rare breed now a days, always pleasant in my presence, will truly be missed by those who knew and loved him, best regards as you grieve his passing.
Dear Joyce, Donna, Brian, Susan, Thomas and Cameron, A kinder dad or granddad than Jack - I can not imagine. I can think of so many stories and moments shared by Donna of a Dad who was always there for her and always with a kind word. She felt cherished always. No small feat to pass that relentless and unconditional love onto your family over so many decades. Although I did not know him well, the few times we met were full of light and laughter. Our deepest sympathy on your loss, Julia, Robert and Maddy
Jack was a blessing to all that knew him. Working with him at GE and socializing after retirement made me aware of a true friend. Joyce you and his son and daughter must thank God for time spent together enjoying his way of appreciation and love
