HARPER, Lauretta May - Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on April 15th, 2011 in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Frederick Thomas Harper for 57 years. Loving mother of Carol and her husband Brendan Warren. Devoted grandmother of Brendan and Caitlin. Predeceased by four brothers and one sister. Lauretta will be fondly remembered by all of her family and many friends. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave. on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., and on Tuesday from 10-11 a.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Cremation. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Lauretta in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
