RAMSEY, Dorothy E. - Passed away peacefully at Stedman Community Hospice on Sunday, April 3rd, 2011 in her 74th year. Beloved wife of Nelson for 52 years. Loving mother of the late Deborah (2008) and her husband Jim Campbell, Daniel and his wife Donna; and son Darryl. Caring grandmother of Randy, Danny and 2 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of 6 brothers and 4 sisters. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue on Thursday from 2-3 p.m. A Memorial Service will follow in the chapel on Thursday at 3 p.m. with Reverend Margaret A. Collard officiating. Interment of Dorothy's ashes will take place at St. George Cemetery. Donations to the Stedman Hospice or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Dorothy in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
