Obituary of M. Louise Wood

WOOD, M. Louise (Hussey) - Passed away peacefully at Telfer Place Retirement Residence, Paris, on Friday, April 1st, 2011 in her 101st year. Louise is predeceased by her husband Alfred, daughter Irene, and son Gary. Loving mother of John (Dianne). Grandma to Brenda, Walter, Nancy, Brian, Joanne, Todd, Mark and Wendy, and 14 great-grandchildren. She will also be fondly remembered by her niece Margaret, nephew Edgar, sister-in-law Mary, Kathy Cummings, and many other nieces, nephews and friends. Always smiling, Louise lived a long life, caring for and enjoying her family, leaving us all with wonderful memories. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave. on Monday from 2-4 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10-11 a.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. A heartfelt thank you to the staff at Telfer Place who took such good care of her. A tree will be planted in memory of Louise in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
