Dear dad you have been a wonderful dad to me ,your love and understanding has always made me a positive person ,threw bad times and good more good than bad .Couldnt ask for a better dad than you i will always love you ,you will always be in my heart in times of good and bad .I will always look up to you .dad i love you .your loving son terry.

We wish to express our deepest sympathy to the family and especially to Joy on the loss of Jack. We have so many fond memories of our dance classes at the YMCA all those years ago and to this day Jack is the only man that Jim has danced with!
