HARDMAN, Murray Edgar 1928 - 2010 It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Murray at home on Thursday, December 2nd, 2010. He fought a battle with cancer for many years. Murray was born in Toronto and served in WWII. Predeceased by his wife Gladys, sister Marjorie and daughter Janice. Survived by his son Scott (Pearl), and step daughters Lynn (Vito) Minutillo, and Sonia (Graham) Dunham. Brother to Audrey and Joyce of England and Gilbert of Vancouver. Murray will also be missed by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Murray worked at City Hall for many years and then was self employed as a real estate appraiser. He was also President of the Ex-Imperial Service Club for many years. At Murray's request, cremation has taken place. A private family interment will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre. As an expression of sympathy donations in lieu of flowers to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Murray in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
