ALLAN, Alexander - Passed away suddenly, yet peacefully on Friday, October 15th, 2010, in his 88th year. Loving husband of the late Elizabeth Allan (nee Sproat). Much loved and cherished father of Janet. Survived by his dear brother James of Scotland. Alexander will also be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. A sincere "thank you" to the entire staff at Riverview Terrace for their care. At Alex's request, a Private Service will be held. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery. As a token of sympathy donations to the Salvation Army or a charity of choice would be greatly appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Alexander in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
