PORTER / GILES, June Marie (nee Draper) - After a courageous battle and with dignity on Friday, October 15th, 2010. Loving mother of Tim Giles (Robyn), Jessie Webster (Dan) and Bill Giles (Lina). Devoted and much loved grandmother of Paul, Michael, Ian, Cam, Vanessa and Tiffany. Much loved great-grandmother of Blair and Brendan. Predeceased by her parents Amelia "Mimi" and William "Bill" Draper and her brothers Ron and Gary. June will also be missed by Art Giles and Bob Silverthorne and many friends and family. Friends will be received at Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue on Thursday, October 21st from 12 - 1 pm. A Service of Remembrance will follow in the chapel at 1 pm. Cremation has taken place. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of June in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
