SCHLATMAN, Allan J. - Passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 5th, 2010, in his 64th year. Loving husband of the late Linda Schlatman (1985). Beloved father of Shane (Tracy) Schlatman, Jeff Schlatman and Kristy (Shane Burd) Schlatman. Dear grandfather of six. Eldest child of Adele and the late Hugh Schlatman (2008). Loving brother and brother-in-law of Terry (the late Brian) VanWyck, Maryann (the late Wayne) Squance, Janice (Bill) Schenk, Hugh (Linda) Schlatman, Joan (Gary) Firth, Roger (Sandra) Schlatman and Gwen (Dan) Borthwick. Allan will be especially missed by his brother and best friend Roger. He will also be dearly missed by many other nieces, nephews and friends. Friends will be received at the BECKETT - GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue, on Thursday, June 10th, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Allan in the Beckett - Glaves Memorial Forest.
