Kelly, Rachel Bernice (Berry) (nee Angus) - Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Wednesday, March 31st, 2010, in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of Ted Kelly. Loving mother of Kathy Yarosloski, Margaret Wardle and Doug, and Leslie Berry and Daryl, and her step-children Gloria Swartz, Shawn and Kim Kelly, Robin and Jeff Whitbread, and Tricia and Walter Brock. Precious grandmother of Peggy Mastervick and Daren, Paul Lacey and Tanya, Kevin Lacey and Jen, Jamey Alford and Mandy, and Jodi Alford and Joanne. Dearest great-grandma to Gavin Mastervick, Rachel Mastervick,Hailey Lacey and Zack Joanisse. Loved sister of Mort Angus and Lee, of Englewood, Florida, Gavin Angus, of Paris, Barbara Patterson, of Brantford, Douglas Angus and Betty, of London, and Malcolm Angus and Jean, of Englewood, Florida. She is predeceased by her parents Malcolm and Margaret Angus, her sisters Margaret Bowery and Ellen Watson, and her brother Bill Angus. Rachel will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. She was a long time member of Alexandra Presbyterian Church (where she sang in the choir for over 30 years), and worked for many years at Gordon Guscott Groceries. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave. on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10 - 11 a.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Cremation. Donations to the Alexandra Presbyterian Church would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Rachel in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
