Rose, Barbara - Passed away unexpectedly at her home on Friday, March 5th, 2010 in her 73rd year. Beloved wife of the late Alfred W. Rose (2001). Loving mother of Trevor (Jeanette) and Darrin. Devoted "Nan" to Alec and Victoria. She will also be fondly remembered by her niece Jennifer, nephew Scott, their families and many friends. Barbara is predeceased by her parents Bill and Beatrice Cornell, and her brother Gary. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave., on Monday from 10 - 11 a.m. A Funeral Service follow in the Chapel on Monday at 11:00 a.m. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Barbara in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
