PETTIGREW, Howard L. - Passed away suddenly at the Brantford General Hospital on Monday, November 9th, 2009 in his 82nd year. Dear husband of Shirley (nee Matthews) for over 45 years. Loving father of Anne (David) Groen and Mark (Diane Kewley). Proud grandfather of Rachel Collett and Benjamin and Cameron Pettigrew. Survived by his sisters Marjorie (William) Hutson, and Linda (Douglas) Little and predeceased by his parents and one brother. He will also be fondly remembered by many other family members and friends. At Howard's request there will be no formal service. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, (519) 752-4331. Donations to the Brantford General Hospital would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Howard in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
