Obituary of Melles Moore

MOORE, Melles - Peacefully at the St. Joseph's Lifecare Centre on Monday, November 2nd, 2009 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Ken Moore (1996). Loving mother of Velma Hughes (husband Douglas), Brant Carrol (wife Sue), and Trudy Fulford. Dear grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Also survived by her sisters Flaudia and Gale, brothers Jacquis and Kennard and many other family members. A memorial service will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, 11 Aberdeen Avenue on Saturday, November 14th, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. Arrangements entrusted to Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue. Cremation has taken place. Interment will be held at Mount Hope Cemetery at 10:45 a.m. on November 14th, preceding the memorial service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of your choice. A tree will be planted in memory of Melles in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
