Bazoian, John C. - John C. Bazoian, of Brantford Ontario, passed away September 12, 2009, at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge, Ontario. He was 77 years old, born in Brantford, Ontario on December 23, 1931. John is predeceased by his father, Tatos Bazoian, mothers, Soultan (Gulisarian) Bazoian and Hrepsemi (Bocassian) Bazoian, and his dear older brother, Dr. Matthew Bazoian. John will be greatly missed by his wife Betty (Ritchie) with whom he celebrated 50 years of marriage this year. Dear father of Sandra Willis (David), and Jeffrey Bazoian (Crista). John was a caring, fun, generous Papa to grandchildren, Matthew, Sydney, Caith and Myles: "we only have one Papa!" Survived by loving sisters Jean Berberian (Stephen), Madeleine Spilak, brother in law David Ritchie (Laura) and sister in law, Lise Bazoian. He was a partner (retired) of the accounting firm Millard, Rouse and Rosebrugh of Brantford, Ontario. John was a passionate golfer, and a loyal friend. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave. on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday at 11 a.m. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Samuel Rizzo MRI Fund at the Brantford General Hospital would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of John in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
