Obituary of Rebecca Cook

COOK, Rebecca "Rhea" (nee Edwards) - Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Thursday, July 2nd, 2009 in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late John Cook (2004). Loving mother of Bonnie (John) Cumin and Eric (Donna). Devoted grandmother of Lisa (Curt), Robin (Dave), Jennifer (Chuck), Suzanne (Frank) and Trevor. Great-grandmother of Jeremy, Madison, Kaitlynn, Kristen, Matthew, Allan, Barett, Trinaty, Faith and Leah. She is survived by one sister Audrey MacDonald, and one brother Hector Edwards. Predeceased by seven brothers and sisters. She will be sadly missed by her brothers and sisters-in-law and many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave. on Thursday, July 16th from 1 - 2 p.m. A Memorial Service will follow in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Donations to the Shriner's Children's Hospital would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Rhea in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
