Obituary of Allan Campbell

CAMPBELL, Allan - Peacefully, on Thursday, December 18th, 2008 in his 92nd year. Loving husband of the late Wynne Campbell (1998). Dear father of the late Trevis Harvey (1984), Heather Campbell Whately and her husband Dr. Chris Whately of Dubai, and Allan and his wife Monica of California. Caring grandfather of Conor Whately, of England, Alexandra Whately and her husband Adam Lachance, of Toronto, Jessica Campbell, of California, and Katherine Campbell, of Turkey, David Harvey of Winnipeg, and Dana Harvey Surma and her husband Darren Surma of Georgia. Proud great-grandfather of Sienna Campbell Surma of Georgia. Allan was a retired O.P.P. Superintendant. A Memorial Service will be held in July at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue. Cremation has taken place. At Allan's request his ashes will be interred in his birthplace of St. Thomas, Ontario this summer. Donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Allan in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
