HAYES, Robert "Gary" - It is with great sadness that the family of Robert "Gary" Hayes announce his passing on Sunday, October 5th, 2008, in his 62nd year. Loving brother of Laurie (Fred) Smeaton and Ronald Hayes. Beloved uncle of Michael (Lorna), Jennifer (Sean), Shanah (Josh) and Samantha. Gary is predeceased by his parents Robert and Bertha Hayes and his brother Jack and sister Janice. He will also be dearly missed by many other family and friends. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue, on Thursday, October 9th, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 1:00 p.m. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Gary in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
