Clark, D. Jack - Passed away peacefully at the St. Joseph's Lifecare Centre, Brantford, on Friday, February 27th, 2015 in his 91st year. Beloved husband of the late Lillian (nee Kirby). Loving father of Cheryl Potter, and the late Gary (Linda) Clark. Grandfather and great-grandfather of many. He is survived by 5 brothers and sisters and predeceased by 9. Jack will be fondly remembered by his family and friends. His family would like to extend a special thank you to the St. Joseph's Lifecare Centre - Blue Bird Terrace staff for their care and compassion. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and on Monday from 10 - 11 a.m. A Legion Service will be held at the funeral home on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the chapel on Monday at 11 a.m. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Jack in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
