Ward, Helen (nee Cole)
Passed away peacefully, on Friday, February 13, 2015 in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of Gordon Hubert Ward for 20 years. Survived by her daughter Darlene (Ted) Waring, and son Charles "Chuck" (Kimberly) Slavinsky. She is the devoted grandmother of 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her daughter Mary Jane Ponto. Private arrangements have been entrusted to the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, (519) 752-4331. Interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Donations to the Norfolk General Hospital, Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of Helen in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
