HANES, Jean Edith - Suddenly, at her home, on Monday, September 29th, 2014 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Bruce Wesley Hanes (1993). Loving mother of Maureen (Tom), Miltford (Connie), Deborah Arlene, Greg (Lori Ribotti) and Laurie Jean Keen. Devoted grandmother of Christopher (Lisa), Cory (Cherie), Cody (Jessica), Mandy (Stu), Katrina (Gary), Dorinda and Stephen and her great-grandchildren Shaylah and Maeve, Caitlyn, Owen, Maygan, Maddison, Airazona and Parker, Emma, Hayden and Brianna. She is survived by her sister Arlene. Predeceased by her parents Edmund and Jeanne Leboeuf, and 3 brothers and sisters. She will be fondly remembered by all of her family members and friends. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave. on Wednesday from 7 - 9 p.m. and on Thursday from 10 - 11 a.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the chapel on Thursday, October 2nd, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the S.P.C.A. would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Jean in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
