ARTNER, Leopold "Leo" - In his 66th year, Leo walked peacefully into the light, surrounded by his family at the Brantford General Hospital. Survived by his beloved wife Nora Artner for over 40 years. Much loved by his daughters Renate (Dean) Parker and Doris (Chris) Figliomeni. Cherished Opa of Rebecca, Sabrina, Dylan and Veronica. Dear brother of Renate Grossauer. He will also be dearly missed by many other family members and friends. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue, on Wednesday, August 27th, 2014, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. Donations to Camp Trillium would be greatly appreciated.

A tree will be planted in memory of Leo in the Beckett Glaves Memorial Forest.
