Obituary of Margaret Von Lukawiecki

Von Lukawiecki, Margaret - Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Monday, August 4th, 2014 in her 68th year. Beloved wife of the late Stefan "Steve" Von Lukawiecki. Loving mother of Stefan (Karen), and Brian (Lisa). Devoted grandmother of Matthew, Andrew, Cole, and Vanessa. She is survived by her sister Jane (Keith) Merritt, and Malcolm (Corey) McLellan. Predeceased by her parents Campbell and Margaret, and her brother David. She will also be fondly remembered by Marion McLellan, Mattie McLellan, and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was a long time member of St. Pius CWL, and Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave. on Wednesday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the St. Pius X Church, 9 Waverly St., Brantford on Thursday at 10 a.m. Cremation to follow. Donations to the Brant County S.P.C.A., the Canadian Cancer Society, or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Margaret in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
