Obituary of Robert Bruce Gullen

GULLEN, Robert "Bruce" - Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Monday, May 5th, 2008 in his 96th year. Beloved husband of the late Violet (nee MacLanders). Loving father of Robert Bruce Jr. and his wife Joan, Ruth Ann and her husband Rick Wilson. Caring grandfather of Matthew, Alexandra, Jonathan, Tara, and Christopher (Miriam). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Bruce was a lifetime faithful member of Echo Place United Church, A Veteran of World War ll, and a lifetime member of the Ozias Lodge (Masonic Lodge #508). Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue on Friday, May 9th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 10 a.m. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery. Donations to the Echo Place United Church or the charity of your choice would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Bruce in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
