GILES, Arthur George - The family is saddened to announce the passing of their beloved father Arthur on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 in his 78th year. He passed away gently and peacefully after a brief illness, with his family at his side. He was the loving father of Tim (Robyn), Jessie (Dan) and Bill (Lina). Devoted grandfather of Paul, Michael, Cameron, Ian, Vanessa and Tiffany. Great-grandfather of Blair, Brendan, Landen and Amelia. Arthur will also be missed by his siblings and many friends. A Celebration of Arthur's life will be held at the BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Brantford Food Bank would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Arthur in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
