KILPIN, Roland - Passed away peacefully at Charlotte Villa Retirement Residence on Friday, April 11th, 2008, in his 95th year. Loving husband to Pamela Kilpin for over 57 years. Much missed father of Christine (James) Hilbig, Susan (David) Beckett, Jill (Robert) Collins and Anne (Donald) Clysdale. Loving grandfather of Kate, Michael, Stephanie, Robert, Thomas, Donald, Connor and Callie. Roland will be dearly missed by many other extended family and friends. Special thanks to the staff of the Charlotte Villa Retirement Residence for the years of dedicated care. At Roland's request cremation has taken place privately. Friends will be received at the BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue, on Tuesday, April 22nd from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Anglican Church, 15 Albion Street, Brantford. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Memorial Endowment Fund at Grace Anglican Church would be greatly appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Roland in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
