GRINTON, Roberta Jean "Robbi" - It is with great sadness the family of Roberta Grinton announce her passing on Friday, January 24th, 2014 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Hamilton, in her 61st year. Beloved wife of David Wale. Cherished mother of Suzanne (Scott) MacTavish, Tammie (Brad) Maertens, Patti Berardi and Erin (Adam) Stuart. Devoted Nana of Rob, Kenny, Breanna, Max, Hunter, Lucca, Leo, Aiden and Nate. Dear sister of Jane Grinton, Cheryl (Bob) Wilson, Rob (Carolyn) Grinton, John (Heather) Grinton, Sharynne Grinton, Lisa Grinton, Sue (Kristy) Grinton, Helen (Mike Kent) Grinton. Predeceased by her parents Robert and Eleanor Grinton and her sister Debbie Daniels. She will also be dearly missed by many other nieces and nephews and friends. Friends will be received at the BECKETT - GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue, on Tuesday, January 28th, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, at 11:00 a.m. Donations to the Toronto Sick Kids or Kids Can Fly would be greatly appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Robbi in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
