Obituary of Kathleen Huculak

HUCULAK, Kathleen Loraine (nee Sykes) "Kay" - It is with great sorrow the family announces the passing of Kay, on Sunday, November 3rd, 2013 at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie Ontario, in her 89th year. Loving wife of the late Douglas Huculak (1986) for over 40 years. Beloved mother of Karen Elizabeth (Robert) Monteith and Donna Marie (Hank) McCombs. Dear grandmother of 5 and great-grandmother of 7. Sister of Hazel Charters, the late Bernard, Charles, Gordon and Leonard. She will also be dearly missed by many other family members and friends. Kay worked along side her husband doing the books at the Brant Transit Mix Cement Company for many years; and she was a long time member of Central Baptist Church. Friends will be received at the BECEKTT - GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue, on Tuesday, November 5th, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Interment Farringdon Burial Ground. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Salvation Army would be greatly appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Kay in the Beckett - Glaves Memorial Forest
