Obituary of John Douglas Allen

Allen, John Douglas - Passed away peacefully at Park Lane Terrace Nursing Home on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Jean Evelyn Allen (nee: Braund) for 65 years. Loving father of Linda and her husband David, J. Douglas, Randall and his wife Myrna. Caring brother of Ted and his wife Norma and Norman. Dear grandfather of Scott, Thomas and Morgan, Mandy (Lee), Kevin and great grandchildren Matthew, Miles and Abigail. Friends will be received at the BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue on Tuesday from 10-11 am. A Celebration of John's life will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, December 10 at 11:00 am. Cremation has taken place and John's ashes will be interred at Mount Hope Cemetery.
