Condolences
Pat, your mom was such a wonderful mother to you and your family. Her pictures are beautiful. She obviously enjoyed life and knew how to live it to the fullest. I can see images of the person you have become in the person of your mother - Her in the airplane, on the motorcycle and again in the family gatherings. These things remind me of you. May your memories sustain you and keep her ever alive in your heart.
Elizabeth - I have looked at all the photographs of your beloved Mum (having heard you talk so fondly & intimately of her as only a daughter can) and pen these words to describe what my eyes see hoping they may bring a smile and some measure of comfort from across the sea.... elegantly understated, practical, game, floral, smiles, embraces life, home & family maker, time for the new; inventions & young ones, generous, welcoming, a lynch pin, consistent (hair cut never falters(!)), enjoys simplicity and up for new experiences with that flight. Loves her family. Her life lived through an extraordinary century too. With my fondest of love & warmth Elizabeth - Shuna

I am so thankful to Marg for the legacy she leaves in her daughter Laurel and grand daughter Ashley. My sisters--I love you both dearly and am thinking of you at this time. I will see you soon. xo
Aunt Marg was an incredibly gentle, generous and loving person. She always had a supportive word for others who needed it. Aunt Marg also had a positive, compassionate and optimistic view of life that was an inspiration to all who knew her. She will be missed but always remembered. We send our deep condolences and empathy to the family.
My sincere condolences to all of Marg's Family. She was truly a lovely lady and a very dear friend of my Mother, Margaret, for many, many years. The Finleys were a "staple" in Camp Borden and I have many memories of her children and I in pre-school, public and high school there over the years. Marnie was such a very special aunt (kind and caring)and very welcoming whenever we had a visit with her. Our whole family, especially, Irene (her sister) will miss her...
We only met Marguerite once at Elizebeth's 50 the bithday party but it was easy to tell she was an adventurous fun loving lady. It was great to meet someone who enjoyed living life to the fullest, sorry I didn't get to take her for the motorcycle sidecar ride that she wanted.
