Obituary of Isaac Legate

Legate, Isaac November 27, 2008- February 1st, 2025 With heavy hearts we sadly announce the sudden passing of our son Isaac. Cherished son of Dan Leavitt and Debra Poirier (nee Legate) and biological son of Jennifer Legate. Special nephew to his uncle Gary Driscoll who helped raise Isaac. Predeceased by his great grandparents Charles Legate (2007), June Legate (2020) and his aunts Roxanna Legate (1997) and Brenda Driscoll (2013). Will be deeply missed by his grandfather William Legate, his siblings Gavin, Carson, Alexia, Beau, Hailey, Hannah and Albert. He will be fondly missed by his many Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Family and friends were everything to Isaac. He loved unconditionally, he cherished everyone he met. Isaac loved spending time with his uncle Gary. He enjoyed drawing, swimming, spending time on his PlayStation and outdoor activities. His kindness and gentle demeanor will be missed by all who knew him. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave. on Saturday, February 15th, 2025 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm and Tuesday, February 18th, 2025 from 12:00-1:00 pm. Funeral Service will commence in the chapel at 1:00 pm Tuesday. Interment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery. A tree will be planted in memory of Isaac in the Beckett Glaves Memorial Forest.
