RIVERS, Richard "Rick" - Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Friday, April 13th, 2018 at the Hamilton General Hospital. Beloved husband and best friend of Helen Rivers for over 44 years. Much loved father of Gina (Randy) Cobb, Jason (Melanie) Rivers, Justin (Pamela) Rivers and Angie (Ken) Anders. Proud papa of Zander, Chase and Reese. Dear son of the late Thomas Rivers (Francine Sioen) and the late Kathleen Rivers. He will also be dearly missed by many other family members and friends. Owner operator of Team Rollin' Rivers Trucking and Rockin' Rivers Karaoke. Friends will be received at the BECKETT - GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue on Tuesday, April 17th, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.
