MERRILL, Dean William After a valiant battle with cancer, Dean passed away with his loving family and friends at his side, on Thursday, May 26th, 2016 at the Brantford General Hospital, in his 49th year. Beloved husband and soulmate of Maria Pinciaro-Merrill. Much loved father of Sofia, Anthony and reunited with his late infant son Dean. Cherished son of Bill and Judy Merrill and Victor and Josie Pinciaro. Loving brother of Krista. Brother-in-law of Frank, Marcello and Robert Pinciaro. Treasured uncle of Alysson, Lesley and Lucas Cooper and Shelby and Matthew Pinciaro. Dear friend of Kevin and Wendy. He will also be dearly missed by many other family members and friends. His great sense of humour and zest for life will be greatly missed. The family wishes to express their gratitude for all the care and support they have received over the last several weeks. There are no words to truly express what this has meant to us. Friends will be received at the BECKETT - GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue, on Tuesday, May 31st, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Dean in the Beckett - Glaves Memorial Forest.
