Obituary of William Dougherty

Dougherty, William " Bill" Earl - Surrounded by his family at the Brantford General Hospital, on Saturday, August 1, 2015 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Marg Dougherty (nee Graves). Father of Deb (Keith), Kim (Phil), Sandy (Mike), Jeff (Janice), Brett and Dwight (Helen). Cherished pop's to many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survived by his brother Tom (Sharon) and predeceased by his sister Judy (Bob). Bill will be dearly missed by his special friend Marion Turner, nieces and nephews and extended family. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue, Brantford, on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Ceremony will be held in the chapel on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. Donations in memory of Bill may be made to a charity of your choice. A tree will be planted in memory of Bill in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
